I found this a while ago but i didn’t want to post it till i get a better buy link, but i never found a better one since J mac studio shop would only put the T-shirt without the name of the brand >< they make my life hard by doing that
the only information available about this T-shirt is that it’s called Geometry Short Sleeve T-shirt, it comes in three colors, Eunhyuk is wearing the one in black, Eunhyuk wore at Sukira, you can find it here
